Fully Automatic Knife Grinding Solution
Designed for metalworking, mold manufacturing, and tool regrinding, the fully automatic knife grinding solution complements CNC machining centers, engraving machines, and other CNC equipment.
Using CNC-based motion control to manage the grinding process, the system enables precision regrinding of damaged tools and customized production of new cutting tools, helping extend tool service life and improve machining efficiency.
Spider-Hand Vision Sorting Solution
The spider-hand robot uses multiple motor-driven kinematic linkages to achieve fast, coordinated picking and handling. Its flexible motion control allows it to adapt to different object shapes, sizes, positions, and orientations.
Combined with machine vision, the system identifies each object's features, position, and orientation, enabling accurate picking and sorting across a range of automated production applications.
